この店は、イングリッシュスタイルのカスクコンディションビールに特化しており、自社のビールをソックバーンの醸造所で醸造しています。ビールは伝統的な方法で醸造され、バーで新鮮に提供されています。The Twisted Hopには自社のクラフトケグビールのレンジがあり、全国各地のゲストクラフトビールやサイダーも取り揃えています。
