2015年に設立され、ニューリージェントストリートの主要な店であるTwenty Seven Stepsは、地元産の季節の食材を使用したハートィで風味豊かな料理を提供しています。メイン料理には、ビーフフィレ、鹿肉、リゾット、ラムラック、そしてその日の魚などが含まれています。

オープン以来、レストランはクライストチャーチホスピタリティアワードにノミネートされ、数年にわたりCuisinesの「国内トップ100レストラン」に選ばれています。

イベント施設：

Twenty Seven Stepsは、ファンクションやグループ予約に利用できます。レストランのダイニングルームには最大75人、エンドルームには最大40人までを座らせることができます。
