100 vuotta valmistellun Avondale Golf Club on kehittynyt hiekkadyynien itäpuolella Christchurchiin kypsäksi, pelaamiseen sopivaksi mutta haastavaksi 18-reikäiseksi kentäksi, jota täydentää uusi klubitalo, joka eroaa muista alueen klubeista.

Kentän ja tilojen sekä karismaattisen jäsenyyden ansiosta sitä kutsutaan Christchurchin “Sosiaalisimmaksi golfklubiksi”. Sopiva nimi, sillä klubi syntyi perustaja George Scalesin halusta luoda yli sata vuotta sitten mukaan ottava golfkokemus.

Rakastamme golfia ja haluamme nähdä kaiken taitotason omaavat golfarit, jäsenet ja vierailijat nauttivan kentästä ja tiloista.

Sandbägi ja useita chipping-pintoja vihreän ympärillä mahdollistavat harjoittelun. Vain muutaman metrin päässä on anteliaasti varustettu baari ja kahvila. Vietä tunti tai kaksi harjoitusalueella ja näe hyödyt seuraavassa kierroksessasi.
