Day 1: Queenstown - Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound Cruise - Te Anau Glowworm Caves - Te Anau Start with pickup from your hotel in the morning. Choose between a journey to Milford Sound or Doubtful Sound, both set in the heart of Fiordland National Park. On the Milford route, enjoy scenic stops like Eglinton Flats, Mirror Lakes, Hollyford Valley Lookout, and Monkey Creek before cruising past towering peaks and cascading waterfalls. For Doubtful Sound, cruise across Lake Manapouri, travel over Wilmot Pass, and venture into a vast, untouched fiord surrounded by dramatic cliffs, hidden waterfalls, and rich wildlife. Enjoy return scenic drive to Te Anau, check-in and refresh. Embark on Te Anau Glowworm Caves to admire a cave that is lit by thousands of blue bioluminescent glowworms. Day 2: Te Anau – Queenstown Explore (Queenstown Gardens, Lake Wakatipu, Wharf, Jet Boating & Skyline Gondola with Luge Rides) Enjoy a scenic drive from your Te Anau to Queenstown. Visit Queenstown Gardens for tranquil views. Stroll through central streets for its vibrant atmosphere. Enjoy the adrenaline rush while doing thrill jet boating activity. Check-in to your hotel in Queenstown. Ride the Queenstown Gondola for stunning views. Enjoy luge rides. Watch the sunset before returning to your hotel. Day 3: Queenstown – Lindis Pass – Lake Pukaki – Aoraki Mount Cook – Lake Tekapo – Stargazing in Dark Sky Reserve Pass through Lindis Pass on your way to Lake Pukaki, a stunning glacier-fed alpine lake. Admire the highest mountain in the country, Aoraki Mount Cook. Either hike through the famous Hooker Valley Track and/or Tasman Glacier View Track to soak up the area's wild beauty or engage in other activities like a helicopter ride, depending on weather conditions. Check-in to your hotel in Lake Tekapo. At night, grab the opportunity to engage in stargazing activity in the Aoraki Mackenzie International Dark Sky Reserve, one of the biggest Dark Sky Reserve in the world. Day 4: Lake Tekapo – Castle Hill – Arthur’s Pass National Park – Otira Viaduct – TranzAlpine Scenic Train – Christchurch Visit the ‘Church of the Good Shepherd’ and enjoy a walk along Lake Tekapo. Take a break at Lake Lyndon on the way to Castle Hill. Visit Castle Hill and enjoy the photogenic landscape of stunning limestone rock formations.
