Throughout the day, discover the highlights of Arthur’s Pass National Park, including the spectacular Otira Viaduct Lookout and the alpine village of Arthur’s Pass. Keep an eye out for the famous kea, New Zealand’s cheeky alpine parrot, often spotted in its natural mountain habitat. Enjoy free time in Arthur’s Pass Village to explore at your own pace. Wander through the township, relax and take in the surrounding mountains, or walk to the impressive Devil’s Punchbowl Waterfall. Recharge with a delicious included lunch, with your choice from a set menu. Discover the remarkable limestone formations of Castle Hill, one of New Zealand’s most iconic high-country landscapes and a filming location for The Chronicles of Narnia. From the world-famous TranzAlpine railway to rugged alpine landscapes, native wildlife, charming mountain villages, and spectacular natural wonders, this is more than a sightseeing tour. It’s an opportunity to connect with the landscapes and places that make New Zealand special, guided by locals who know and love the region.
