- The Avon Room - the largest function room caters for 300 guests fully seated, and 340 persons cocktail style. The room can be divided into two separate spaces for medium sized groups
- The Tasman Room - ideal for meetings of up to 90 seated guests, and a great space for a group of 40 when divided
- Forsyth Room - located on the first floor, the room holds a maximum of 40 people
- Rakaia Upper & Lower - located on the first floor and ground floor, the Rakaia rooms are ideal for a maximum of 12 people
- 3 Boardrooms - hosting up to 10 people.
