Café Valentino is a vibrant Italian restaurant, which has been serving Christchurch's diners since 1991.

Now located in St Asaph Street following a move enforced by the 2011 earthquake, the restaurant was originally located near the city's Town Hall and the walls of the new venue are adorned with the signed show posters autographed by the stars that appeared at the town hall and dined at the restaurant during their stay.

The location may have changed but the sophisticated atmosphere and fine food have remained the same, with the restaurant serving Italian food including pasta, pizza, and mouth-watering homemade desserts. A wine list features New Zealand wineries alongside Australian and Italian labels.
