Strawberry Fare is a family run business that prides itself on using locally sourced produce from organic and boutique growers in New Zealand.
The restaurant serves breakfast (from 7am - 11.30am), lunch and dinner during the week, with a brunch menu available on the weekend (from 8.30am - 3.30pm). The lunch and dinner menu is a melange of healthy gourmet options that have something of an overarching European feel.
There are a series of meat and fish dishes, with some great vegetarian options, like the Pea and Lemon risotto. However, the focus at Strawberry Fare is usually on the dessert, with many diners going just for this course.
